Welcome to my page!

I am a flutist and teacher continuously learning to apply awareness and mindset techniques within my performance skills & practice.
​
I co-host the Fiddle & Pipe Podcast with my best friend, Brittany Ross. We read books and discuss how they relate to us as musicians, in and outside the practice room.
​
Currently, I teach flute lessons in Denver, Colorado, and online for students who live further away.
​
Groups I perform with are Nebula Ensemble, Duo d'Azuree, and the Wild Beautiful Orchestra, so I try to stay busy!
​
When I'm not fluting, you'll see me reading a book, going on runs, or taking pictures of things that inspire my daily life!
